Prices are in US dollars and are based on 8-person maximum occupancy. Additional guests may be added at owner’s discretion for $50/guest/day. Weekly rates are based on Saturday – Saturday stay during the high season. Please call for rates on stays of more than one week.

10% deposit is required when reservations are made. 40% is then due 3 months prior to your arrival date and the remaining balance due 15 days prior to arrival. A $250 damage deposit will be collected at the time of final payment, which can be by personal check. This deposit will be returned to you by mail after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.
